KMM practice library

Assess adoption in the existing Team Cockpit

Use the same service scope and existing assessment with your team. Record not present, partly applied, fully applied or N/A against evidence; leave missing evidence unknown. A reading card or completed task does not establish a maturity level.

The cockpit’s flow-metric indicator and Flow-Coach’s self-check are different signals. Neither should be silently replaced by a library score. Flight Levels describe operations, coordination and strategy; KMM describes maturity.
